I have problems midi syncing pro tools 6.4 (PC) with digital performer 4 (Mac)
I Use a MIDIMAN 2x2 midi interface

(is it possible my midiman 2x2 doesnt support the sync type which Performer uses?)

i dont have any problems syncing PT with Reason though
could anyone advise me how to accomplish it?

I've sync'd a ton of things with a Midiman 2 x 2. Never had an issue. I don't really know either program well though although I would suggest you check your FPS numbers are the same. Make sure that one unit it definitely slave MTC and the other Master MTC.

I sync a bunch of stuff with Logic on a Mac and Logic generally just picks up on any time clock coming down the midi line.
