I bought a Lexicon Omega that has Pro Tracks and Cakewalk and while trying to burn my cds I get a message "not CD quality 16 bit 44 hz recordings. Please remove .:" or similar. I have all these great songs recorded but can't get them out of Cakewalk or ProTracks. Please someone help me set the captives free!

Check out the sampling rate & bit resolution settings on your sound card drivers and in Cakewalk. I think it's under "Tools>Audio" in Cake. There should be a soundcard control dialog somewhere in the "Control Panel" of your PC. You probably have the system set to 48KHz or something.
