Hi, I am wondering what would be the best solution for recording bass. I currently have an M-Audio DMP3 and Studio Projects VTB1 which I use for vocals, acoustic guitar and brass.
I am now considering either getting a pre or DI of some kind for recording bass such as a Joe Meek 3Q for recording Elec/Upright bass. Would this be a good option? Is there a better option for under $200 / £100?
Also, what would you recommend for electric guitar for the same budget?
