All mics used in a non smoking environment at the home studio.
All were never left up when not in use.
I'm a bit anally meticulous with all of my gear (except for a few guitars I beat the hell out of when I was playing out).
Please note, I'm in no way desperate for money; I could just as well hang on the mics. I'm just looking for a fair offer for both of us. Remember, the best deal is win-win, not for me to win you have to lose or vice versa.
